A company-wide knowledge base
Everything your business knows, in one place your whole team and every AI tool can work from.
We learn how your business actually runs, then build the system around it, inside your own accounts. Company-wide knowledge base, AI employees, the tools worth using, and software written from scratch where nothing off the shelf fits. When it is done, you own all of it: the accounts, the configuration, the code, the work product.
No two of these are the same, so there is no list price. We scope it with you first.
Custom means we learn how your business works first, then build the system around it. We work inside the tools you already use, wire AI into the workflows that eat your week, and train your team on everything we ship. You leave with a system your team can run and extend on its own.
Most of what gets sold as AI is a subscription to something generic. We start somewhere else: your process, your constraints, and the specific places your week disappears. We build to those. Sometimes that means implementing a proven tool and tuning it hard. Sometimes it means writing software that did not exist before because nothing on the market does what your business needs.
Everything your business knows, in one place your whole team and every AI tool can work from.
Working AI hires for specific roles, built, tuned, tested, and handed to a team that knows how to use them.
Where something good already exists, we implement that instead of building. Cheaper for you and faster to get working.
Where nothing fits, we build it. This is the part most firms will not do and the reason these engagements exist.
All of this only pays off once the team actually uses it, so getting them genuinely capable is part of the build itself.
There is no price on this page on purpose. A custom build is scoped to one business, and the range between the smallest and the largest is wide enough that any number we printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it. You get the real number once we understand the work.
So the first step is a conversation. We learn what is actually breaking, scope the build against it, and quote it. If the scope is bigger than the budget, we cut scope and requote rather than quietly doing less for the same money.
A 30-minute call covers it. We learn how your business runs, then we show you the build that fits.
